A Common Question among Christian's

I trust in Jesus for my salvation, but why do I still struggle with sin?

After searching the Web & Talking with many people over the years, I've concluded that all believers have to struggle to maintain their faith. Some folks have to struggle more than others, but generally everyone has some level of difficulty.

It’s the people who have no guilt or realization of their eternal state who make the Christian walk seem all the more difficult. Show me a believer who says, "I never have to worry about backsliding," and I will show you someone who is already deep into apostasy. We’re all running in a race, and God doesn’t care how many times we stumble. The only thing He cares about is who makes it to the finish line.

We don’t collect holy points for the number of days that we keep ourselves clean from immorality. Every day we need to rely on Jesus’ ability to cleanse us from sin.

"Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven" (Mat. 18:21-22).

"For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not" (Ecclesiastes 7:20).

"Forgive us our sins, for we also forgive everyone who sins against us.[1] And lead us not into temptation" (Luke 11:4).

Yes Women Can Teach In Leadership!

Cheryl Schatz has done her homework in a very thorough and thought-provoking manner. She brings to our attention the pertinent scriptural teaching that helps us see the freedom women are given by the Lord for leadership in the church and the exercise of their God-given spiritual gifts

About "Women in Ministry Silenced or Set Free?"

Does God have a law that silences women in the church? Would God forbid all Christian women from teaching men in the body of Christ? Some Pastors answer "yes" to these questions and they say that scripture supports these restrictive rules. The passages that they point to in order to teach these prohibitions are also the passages that have been the hardest to interpret throughout church history. These passages on the surface appear to contradict other clear bible passages that free women to serve without restrictions. Because of these apparent contradictions many Christians have ignored these hard passages and chosen to stick to only the scriptures which are much easier to understand. But is this right? Can we just ignore passages of scripture because we don't like them or because they are difficult to understand? This presentation will deal with each of these hard passages of scripture on the women's issue in order to help us understand God's intended meaning.

"Women in Ministry Silenced or Set Free?" is a 4 DVD set covering 7 sections suitable for bible study groups or personal study. This unique DVD set is fast-paced and visually entertaining. Each disputed scripture is dealt with thoroughly and decisively to bring the viewer to an understanding of scripture which connects all relevant scripture together without contradiction.

This 4 DVD package includes 3.5 hours of teaching. A teacher's manual and a student's handbook are being developed for this DVD set and will be available shortly.

Will The Real Jesus Please Stand Up
Matthew 24:23-26 KJV

23Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.

24For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

25Behold, I have told you before.

26Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.

John 10:4,5,27

4And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.

5And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers.

27My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
2 Thessalonians 3:18
18The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
1 Thessalonians 5:21-23

21Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.

22Abstain from all appearance of evil.

23And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Muhammad had a religion to sell, and by god, he was going to make it sound religious no matter how often he had to reshuffle the facts. Tabari I:323 "I asked the Messenger of Allah how many prophets there were. He replied, ‘124,000.' I asked him how many of those were messengers. He replied, ‘313, a large crowd.'"

That’s a problem of incalculable magnitude for Muslims. Bukhari:V8B76N550 "I heard Allah’s Apostle saying, ‘From my followers there will be a crowd of 70,000 in number who will enter Paradise whose faces will glitter as the moon.'" These numbers don't add up. There must be a mistake. Let’s check another Hadith. Bukhari V4B54N470 "Verily! 70,000 of my followers will enter Paradise altogether; so that the first and the last amongst them will enter at the same time." Sorry Muslims, Paradise is full. A giant "No Vacancy" sign is hanging over the brothel door. In fact, it’s so overbooked, 54,000 prophets have already been turned away. With odds like this, it’s no wonder Muslims are willing to kill for a place in line!

(All this fudging of numbers and reshuffling the facts reminds me of the JW's!!!!)

Let's Listen To Our Dear Lord From SCRIPTURE!
October 7 - Bush: All religions pray to 'same God'
Comments from Understand The Times

Based on facts provided in the following article, the United States of America is headed for judgment.  President Bush, who professes to be a Christian, does not understand biblical Christianity. He is a player who is dedicated to moving the world towards a one world religion for the cause of peace that is ANTICHRISTIAN.
The Bible states we are to pray for our leaders. Bible believing Christians need to pray that the President of the USA reads the Bible and apologizes for the statement he has made that the "god of Islam" is the God of Christianity and that "all religions" pray to the same God.
The Roman Catholic Church teaches that the "god" of Islam is the "god" of Roman Catholicism. The Emerging Church and the Purpose Driven social gospel program are leaning in this same direction. Christianity is moving towards the global Babylonian spirituality that the Bible predicts will unfold. When Bush says that "all religions" pray to the same God, he is biblically ignorant, or worse yet, he is deceptive and he knows it.
Those who refuse to accept such heretical nonsense will be labeled dangerous divisive bigots. If you are a born-again Bible believing Christian, that means YOU!

Fasten your seat belts: we are in the Last Days. Jesus is coming soon!

President George Bush has repeated his belief all religions, "whether they be Muslim, Christian, or any other religion, prays to the same God" – an assertion that caused outrage among evangelical leaders when he said it in November 2003.
Bush made the statement Friday in an interview with Al Arabiya reporter Elie Nakouzi.

Al Arabiya is Al Jazeerah's top competitor in the Mideast.

As the president and Nakouzi walked from the Oval Office to the Map Room in the White House residence, Nazouki asked, "But I want to tell you – and I hope this doesn't bother you at all – that in the Islamic world they think that President Bush is an enemy of Islam – that he wants to destroy their religion, what they believe in. Is that in any way true, Mr. President?"

"No, it's not," said Bush. "I've heard that, and it just shows [sic] to show a couple of things: One, that the radicals have done a good job of propagandizing. In other words, they've spread the word that this really isn't peaceful people versus radical people or terrorists, this is really about the America not liking Islam.

"Well, first of all, I believe in an Almighty God, and I believe that all the world, whether they be Muslim, Christian, or any other religion, prays to the same God. That's what I believe. I believe that Islam is a great religion that preaches peace. And I believe people who murder the innocent to achieve political objectives aren't religious people, whether they be a Christian who does that – we had a person blow up our – blow up a federal building in Oklahoma City who professed to be a Christian, but that's not a Christian act to kill innocent people.
